It Happened Again

Well it happened again. I sit down (virtually speaking) at a Omaha H/L table for my first game. Things were going well. I was winning a bit and losing more but that's Ok because it's my first game and it's hard making a low hand. After about 30 mins I was down maybe $5 and then this player shows up and starts throwing Max bets. Prior to this guy showing up I'd say the largest bet played was around $25 which was for a flush. This new player starts throwing $250 bets for a pair. This player did a great job of driving almost everyone from the table.

Now I know I had a rant a few months back about this exact same problem. Maybe it was the same guy maybe not but it's not any less annoying. I was thinking how this problem could be solved. I mean table have limits but when playing with free money who cares right? Well I do for one. Maybe a kick player voting option. Make it so that any one can start a vote to kick a player and when a certain percentage is reached that player is banned from that table for an hour or two or whatever seems appropriate by the sites operators. You would need checks to prevent abuse, like you can only nominate a player once every 30 mins, if a player is nominated and doesn't get kicked they can't be nominated again for 30 mins. All Nominators are anonymous to prevent retaliation nominations. These are just a few ideas on how to deal with annoying players like this.

I don't know if that will ever happen, it would be great if it did, but it not happening isn't going to stop me from playing.
